
Brett was the third person we contacted after looking at review’s on Yelp and we did not see a need to talk with anyone else. The two people we talked with before Brett were just not professional. We wanted a true professional, not a person running a business out of their SUV (to be frank).
Brett had a great balance of listening to our thoughts/concerns and was very clear in his responses. The clarity was very important to me and that is how he quickly gained our trust. We knew we could rely on him to give honest and helpful guidance.
Having someone we could trust took the fear out of the selling process. Brett came through quickly on any matter and we appreciated the reliability of his advice.
The regular phone calls/check-ins were very helpful to us, even if I was too busy to respond, it kept us thinking about our next “move”.
Our only disappointment was the length of time it took to sell, but that was just a function of the market at the time. We got our asking price and even though I kept considering dropping the price, Brett’s advice to hold a little longer paid off big!
Brett and the team were outstanding and kept us assured when things were difficult. His advice was solid and we will work with Brett on our next move. A true professional who has a strong staff and resources, but agile enough to move with a shifting market.
