Not only did you get us multiple offers a 2nd time, we were impressed with your skills of getting us $11,000 over our asking price. As if that wasn’t enough, somehow through your negotiations you were able to get the buyer to accept the previously performed inspections, take the home “as is” and release their contingencies, thus allowing us to safely release the contingencies on our home purchase.
