I helped my parents with the sale of their home. The three of us had been attending their seminar series since they began! We were always impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness to the Senior Community. So, when it came time to sell, it was obvious to me they were the best choice. They were very good at explaining the selling process, which I greatly appreciated. Annette suggested a price that got us multiple offers within days of going on the market. Unfortunately, that first buyer backed out; however, Annette was able to go back to another buyer and was successful at getting us back into contract and closed. The team was timely, interactive, and knowledgeable about the market.
