As you know, I was very busy at the time with my research at Sandia Labs, while I knew I wanted to buy a home, I didn’t have a lot of time to spend looking for a home.
After telling you what I thought I was looking for in a home you chose 6 houses for me to look at in one afternoon. Out of those 6, one of them stood out to me as the perfect home. It even had a hot tub, which was a real bonus, however I was disappointed to learn that the sellers were not including the hot tub in the sale. Thanks to your negotiating, you got them to include the $7,500 hot tub without me paying an extra penny!
