To say we are happy with our new home is an understatement. If we were to picture a home that is absolutely perfect for us, this would be it. When we originally saw the property, we figured it was way out of our reach. There was already interest in the property from another prospective buyer and the cost was more than we could pay.
You took the initiative the contact the property owner and get additional information on the status of the current offer and the motivation level of the seller. You also negotiated a price that we could afford, a price more than $100,000 less than the asking price. We really didn’t think this could happen but you made it happen!
You showed us that anything is worth a try when you knocked on our door when our home wasn’t even for sale. You had a client that was interested in our home and you did everything you could to try and make it work. You made your client’s dream come true and you certainly made the process of selling our home very easy and painless by having buyers in hand. Showing your motivation and drive to help your clients, we knew you were the one we wanted to represent us on our next home.
You’re definitely on top of your game. When issues came up, you jumped in with both feet and were passionate about resolving whatever needed to be taken care of. We really appreciated how responsive you are.
